The 'perfect' single album

OK, JUST suppose that the classic line-up only released a single album, out of all the tracks they did, what would YOU have liked to see as the ultimate album?
Limit it to 10 + Dee, which is (for me) an essential inclusion.
Keep it to old fashioned vinyl format before the days of CDs and bonus tracks etc
OK, for me;

Side 1
I Don't Know
Crazy Tain
Tonight (with extended outro)
Dee
Revelation Mother Earth
Steal Away the Night

Side 2
Over the Mountain
Suicide Solution
Believer
SATO
Diary of a Madman

I was torn between Believer and Mr Crowley, so lets pretend Mr Crowley is released on Japanese import.
Anyone want to put their choices down? Would be intresting if No Bone Movies makes it on anyones list.

All the above, but, it has to include "You Can't Kill Rock 'N Roll".

I think Mr Crowley should be on the list, so I would remove Steal away.

I would go:

1. I Don't Know
2. Crazy Train
3. Mr. Crowley (full fade)
4. Revelation (Mother Earth) (alt. version)
5. You Can't Kill Rock And Roll (extended version)

6. You Said It All
7. Tonight (extended version)
8. S.A.T.O.
9. Over The Mountain
10. Diary Of A Madman
11. Dee (studio outtake version)

I think it would be fun to do a "best of" live album too

I'm starting to become amazed at the lack of love for Flying High Again.

I used to really like that song, but them some one posted why they didn't like it:

the "oh no, oh no, here we go now...." and then it started to unsettle me listening to it live. I do like the live montreal version and
I would include that on my perfect live album.

I just think that Randy's rhythm work in that song is lower down
the totem pole for cool rhythms - like crazy train and sato and such. Still one of his best solos though.

All I know for certain is that Believer and Little Dolls wouldn't be on my 'perfect' album... probably wouldn't include Dee either and Crowley would have to drop the organ intro...

I would include You Looking at You Looking at Me & You Said it All...

Kinda weird...the common thread among Randy fans is a strong dislike of Flying High Again, Believer, and Steal Away The Night.

I dislike Flying High again and Believer, but Steal Away is golden in my opinion. That song rules.

Kinda sad the two worst songs from Diary made the set list every night. If Ozzy was more on top of his game, I'm sure we would have seen every song played live sometime during the tour.

You like Little Dolls more than Believer or FHA from DoaM??? LD is easily the weakest song Randy ever recorded with Ozzy. Matter of tastes of course.

I love Little Dolls! I know Randy didnnt get to do a finished solo but the main riff, chorus and the outro "guide" solo are so awesome. Different strokes for sure.

Their are so many guide solos on diary of a madman, its a real pity he couldn't finish them and we didn't even get a third album. Personally I find it extremely difficult to dislike any randy song, but I guess im just open minded with music.

Why does everybody hate Little Dolls, that song so rules! And so does No Bone Movies!
If I could make the perfect single album, I wouldn't. I'm happy with the two perfect albums we already got! I don't think that all these songs y'all are picking would work well because when you put them together you will still leave out 5 songs and those songs make the albums flow and make them what they are.

I introduced a friend to blizzard of ozz and apart from "crazy train" his favourite track was "no bone movies", go figure that one. I love the song, people just have different tastes.
