YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS...MY BOXSET STORY!!!!!

Well I make sure I get off work early becuz my boxset will be here according to the tracking number. I rush home, no box set yet. Then 2 hours later the UPS man shows up with my box set, I instantly rip the wrapper off and start pulling the albums out. I open the Diary of a Madman album..................THERE ARE NO DISCS IN THE SLOTS, COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!!!! There are disc in the BLizzard album. Im FUMING RIGHT NOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS THRU THE ROOF!!!
I THOUGHT WELL I WILL CALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER.......GUESS WHAT, NO NUMBER EMAIL ONLY!!!!! DO ANY OF YOU GUYS KNOW A NUMBER THAT EXIST TO DIRECT PLAY??? IM DYING HERE!!!!! I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS!!!!!!!

WOW!! I'm sorry. I looked for a number for you and all I see in contacts is to send them a message. I sent them a message last week asking for my tracking number and they got beck to me in less the 30 minutes. Try that.

Thanks moon I appreciate you looking. I sent them an email bout 30 minutes ago, but of course they may be closed now. Hopefully Ill hear something from then tomorrow. :x :x :x :x :x

They have responded to all my emails within an hour or two. They are very good about that I will say!

I hope they will send the CD and DVD out and not make me pack it all up and send it back in exchange for another one.

I'm sure they would. It wouldn't make sense to pack it back up and send you an new box set.

I've had something like that happen to me. The company just sent me a new item and let me keep the other.

I hope they make right. That sucks. I'm still waiting for mine. I hope they don't screw it up.

Yeah its a real drag. Was really looking forward to the dvd.

That sucks man...... Someone screwed up very bad. Hope they will help you out quick with this. Regarding the $$$ this should never happen. :x

(I think about DMRX too, seems anything can go wrong....)

The discs didn't slide down in the bottom of the gatefold did they? The pockets/gatefold are not all that secure.

Thanks jim but I. Checked already. The thing that sux is now there telling me they can only replace the diary cd but not the dvd becuz its not available to the public, but when it becomes available they will send one out! I told them that's not gonna work ill either pack it up and send it back. For a refund or they can send me another one, they haven't responded back to me yet. Looks like the only choice I have is to send it back. I can't believe this! Very frustrating!

Ouch. Man, that SUCKS!!! I would be FURIOUS for that kinda money not to have gotten the discs, and now they wont replace the hardest one to get? Good luck with it dude.

Ha wow, that sucks ass man...They oughta just give you your money back and let you keep the boxset after putting you through that! Can't see that happening though lol...But anyways they said WHEN it becomes available to the public? I hope that means the DVD will be getting it's own release down the road... 8)

So I have to pack it back up and send it to them and then order another one. Unbeliavable!!!! Thats crazy that they just cant send me a replacement dvd, and I think it kind of sucks that I have to pay for the shipping back to them for their mistake!!!!! Oh well, as all my friends from New Jersey say "Whatta ya gonna do"
