Randy rumour over at Bob's FB ?

Has anyone heard anything about this ?. I know this could be taking with a pinch of salt and be a total load of BS. But someone posted this up on Bob Daisley's FB..
10th March 2011
"Bob, I found something out today about Ozzy Osbourne. The Randy Rhoads investigation is still officially open and ozzy is not acknowledging any of the randy years with you and lee kerslake and tommy aldridge and rudy sarzo, because he could be put on trial for manslaughter! yes man slaughter, because as you may know, the pilot of the ...plane Randy was tragically killed on, Andrew Aycock had cocaine in his system. Ozzy paid for Aycock to have those drugs and in the state of Florida where it happened, the law says that if anyone buys or supplies drugs for anyone and that person dies, it is manslaughter, so ozzy should be on manslaughter for 3 people! crazy shit huh? that is why he has not been talking about randy rhoads or given you credit, because that might stir up attention and get ozzy in some major trouble. "

Man I've heard a lot of dumb shit in my day but this takes the cake. No offense to you GUITARIDOL5682 but when you hear crap like this it's best not to repeat it; just to give it the attention it deserves: none.

Yeah, I saw that there too. I've heard some pretty retarded rumors before, but this one certainly deserves a blue ribbon award!

I was equally surprised to see that Bob didn't make any kind of statement about Randy on the weekend like everyone else did, included Gus G to my surprise. I thought Ozzy made a really nice post.

ya but if the law is true.. then it holds merit.. obviously ozzy was the most drugged out of the group and he probably had a bunch of coke.. so technically speaking.. it very could be true.

realistically it would be virtually impossible for anyone to prove ozzy supplied drugs/paid for drugs for andy.....case closed

I don't really understand what he was saying about Ozzy not wanting to talk with Bob and other former members about things because he could be brought up on manslaughter charges??

He does acknowledge them, so his argument is already proven false. I really don't understand how Bob could "stir up" manslaughter charges on Ozzy for something he had NOTHING to do with.

Geez, you should of phrased the topic differently. A bit harsh? 1. It wouldn't happen for several reasons - they would have by now and try to make that stick.

In the last few days I had been thinking about the crash and the articles I had read about it. It was true the pilot/bus driver was on cocaine (found during autopsy) and had been fighting (not getting along) with his ex wife whom Sharon was driving to the airfield/bus with to meet up. Sharon says they were standing by the door of the bus when the plane buzzed the bus. The wing hit the bus (aimed at the wife or joke?), ripped off the plane, the plane (out of control) hit the tree and then the garage... The investigators said in on article, "This was no accident." Unfortunately, the person that caused the accident died with his two victims.

Not talking to Bob and Tommy can't be true because Tommy was still playing with Ozzy 3 years after RR died and Bob re-joined the band a year later and played live with him until he and Tommy left the band in 1985.
Bob also continued to write and record with Ozzy for another five years after he left the live band etc!

Should he have needed to distance himself, Ozzy would not have had them in his band and I am sure it would be impossible to prove who gave Andy the drugs!

This just sounds like an RR community Troll trying to stir more shit elsewhere because they know they can't get onto the leading forums.

The last time I bought a bag of crack cocaine, I got a receipt. I plan on writing the purchase off on my taxes. 8)

Please get the facts straight. Bob didn't 'stir up' any of this crap, a fan posted the shite on Bob's Facebook. There are too many baseless rumours flying around as it is.

When the story is looked at objectively based on all the stories of those who were there, it was an accident. The band and Ayecock watched Midway the night before the plane crash. The movie features LOTS of kamikaze scenes. Rock stars are notorious for poor judgment and crazy antics. The plane was buzzing the bus the way the Japanese Zeros buzzed the ships during the battle of Midway. The plane got too close to the bus and a crash occurred. An accident, plain and simple.

Was the pilot impaired by the cocaine? Most likely. Did the cocaine cause an inability to judge the distance which led to the crash? Most likely. Had the crash not occurred (as was the case with the first flight that morning), would Sharon have freaked out on the bus driver for using cocaine? Doubtful. It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt... ever heard that?

It's funny how the testimonies change over the years. Ozzy, Sharon and Rudy say they were in the bus in bed at the time of the accident yet they all are adamant about where Ayecock's wife was standing at the moment of impact. Unless they were all 3 in bed together right by the front door, they wouldn't know where she was until after the fact.

The loss of Randy meant the loss of revenue at the time. Ozzy and Sharon can say all they want about their friendship with Randy, but he was their golden goose and they knew it. Read the newspaper article in another thread here. Ozzy wanted to play the next day with a replacement! So of course they will vilify Ayecock, Daisley and Kerslake or anyone who affects the ability of the Osbournes to make money. Ozzy even punched Randy over the same issue.

Ozzy probably did supply the cocaine - it was most likely Ozzy's stash in the first place. It's been 30 years, so no manslaughter charges are pending. However, the Osbourne's probably don't want to bring anything to light which might indicate they had some responsibility in the cause of this unfortunate accident.

When did Sharon say she was sleeping on the bus? I always heard she drove up with the ex-wife. C'mon how many people say they want to kill their ex-piece-of-shyt? I have not personally been married but I understand! Midway? And the bus driver was watching it too? Whist driving the bus? I rest my conspiracy theory. What ever was in that dudes head, we will never know. But when my time machine is complete, I'm gonna take that focker out, yo!
