So the only way to get the DVD is to get the box set? I definitely want to get both cd's and the book might be cool, but I can live without the cross.

But the cross man, the cross..you could show it to all your friends and say look at all the goddamn money I spent to get this useless cross!!

Ha ha, i just need an expensive box to prop my coffee table up with but bricks are to pricey so the boxset it will be.
