I Cant Believe Ive never seen this!!!! Its Ozzy at Dortmond in 83 With
Bob on Bass Jake,Don on Keys & Carmin Appacie on Drums.Ive Never seen anything w/him except the Top of the Pop "Performance" & a clip during an interview from the time.Wow Hes a Hard hitting drummer, much more than Tommy! I really feel that way about Lee too,Ozzy even had to find out the hard way!! in an interview I recently heard from 83 about why he fired Tommy. He was a showman & is Great!!! At interpriting others drumbeats. But its different when it came to writing! Hes more of a "Black oak Arkansas" Southern thing??.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kD6oEtp ... ather=True
ANYWAY THE POINT!!!!
The SOUND & Picture Are AMAZINGLY Clear & Brilliant!!!!Audio Sounds like a Straight STEREO Mix,no multitracked Remixes or Overdubbs, how a potential RR Video could Likely be.And the Picture Crystal clear & Colorful,

the Lights Burn trails into the Videotape :) If this Randy Footage is even Close to this Ballpark,I am Ten Times More EXCITED for it,it just gives so much Hope!!!
I'd Prefer one of each band, but Realisticly I think it Had to have come from some random Venue or Promoter or for Godsakes,evn....Lintball??? But Sharon saying Two makes me think its Just the Double Set at the Palladium.

**EDIT****
Upon further watching,I'll have to rephrase my comment
Watching Carmens Drum Solo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7BJzKR6Xdc&NR=1
Carmen may be a Harder Hitting Dummer during the Songs (as Lee) But Tommy is a Better Showman & Natural soloest like playing w/his hands cymbal mutes...ect.ect.
This guy is Heavier drummer but all Cymbals in his solo......oh yeah,& a Sing A Long, :  ....Really???I dunno but Sharon always treated Ozzys Bands to be "Traditional" I Dont see the Drummer singing during his "Drum" Solo really Jiving w/a Ozzy Crowd that came to hear the singer,Ozzy 8) He had a name from the past & wanted to be billed as Ozzy Featuring Carmin...He wanted a Kings ransom & his own merch ect..ect.. No surprise they Quickly had a falling out & he was Fired leaving Sharon & Ozz a LARGE "Guarentee" he was Owed for being contracted for the World tour.I Guess Sharontook scissors to all of the Ozzy band shirts w/hs Picture & Cut his face off & sold the shirts w/holes in them! :P Thats why I was so excited to see this because Ive never heard him play w/Ozz,Ive Only seen Tommy on the BATM Tour Vid from SLC Utah.

The Dortmund '83 festival was one of the well copied bootlegs back in the day. It had a great line up of bands Judas Priest, MSG, Krokus, Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Quiet Riot & Def Leppard. When Live film footage wasn't common it was great to see these bands on your video. I never thought Carmine did himself any favours trying to out do Ozzy with his spotlight drum solo. His bass drums had his name on and i think his ego was up in the lights. The chanting for the crowds response is just asking to be bottled off. The only drummer who i would give any credit to was Gil Moore from Triumph as he sung the songs and played drums which is a hard enough task in itself. But when your a hired hand in a band don't try and upstage the main man.

That's from 1985. It's not the only footage.
