I Don't Know live from OTM Single question

What is that date this was recorded? I should already know the date and i'm sure I have heard it before. But I just listened to it and don't recall.. now i'm curious.

yes this is the 'I don't know' that is on 'Tribute' but released way before 'Tribute' came out and was recorded in Cleveland in May 1981.

hmm... didn't sound like that show to me. Could just be hearing this mix and how its changed over all the years and all the remasters. makes for an all different sound.

The advert from the UK single of Over the Mountain does say 'live in Philadelphia", but it does sound like the Cleveland May 11 81 proformance.

I always thought it was the South Hampton gig (Mr.Crowley E.P) but a few months back I had to compare them,it is the Cleveland show just Mixed in 81 not Re-Recorded & mixed as in 87.
If you listen to the Cleveland boot Randys guitar has a "Dirtier" tone as on Tribute.
