Ok, since I didn't want to be the first to say it so I've kept my mouth shut. But I totally agree. It seemed to me that his primary intention was to make this interveiw "all about Zloz" and how HE fit into the Randy legacy. I kind of get the feeling his cohost had to real him back in and start asking questions to get things on track. I could be wrong, but he also looked like he was pretty well lit.

Man, Neil is really into Neil. Maybe he should marry himself. That said, he did bring up a few points/corrections and I gotta give it to him because he was there. The photos are timeless. But not impressed with Randy w/QR live? The live shows blew away the albums! Too bad they don't release one of those. His style was all there except the framework of hard rock. The QR songs suffered from pop/California laid backness-happiness. Ozzy had one thing right, most people don't relate to hearing hippies sing how wonderful, all of this, is. It's true that you must experience great sorrow to experience great joy...

No doubt! I guess "Pre-Zloz's bone" refers to the time period before he started boning himself!

I was surprised too by his comment about not being impressed with Randy's playing at first. Sure it wasn't as amazing as with Ozzy, but he still blew away most any other player at that time!

This interview did finally get quite interesting towards the end though, and I'm looking forward to the remaining parts.

Yea, after I read whipper's comment on youtube, I did notice he is talking more about himself than Randy. What an asshole.

Thanks for sharing these ; although again it makes me sad, as I know the Rhoads family are good people, but yet again it seems their choice of company they keep professionally, reflects not so well on them.
