Joel McIver will release a book about Randy next spring. Book is called "'Crazy Train: The High Life And Tragic Death Of Randy Rhoads" and foreword is written by Zakk Wylde. Also Bob & Lee were interviewed.

Must be a good read!

Does this author make a habit of making photo style books ?. Or will this be a paper back style novel with a few pages of photos ?.

I'd have to guess that it will have very few pictures as copyrights are expensive, well Big Photographers (Fin Costello or Ross Haflin) I believe the guy who took that Pic shown there "Tribute" was a local photographer,so it may be more affordable & a good choice for the Cover, but I dunno I havent read/seen any of his other books?

If its like his books on Metallica/Slayer it will be mainly text with middle section of photos.

Joel recently did an excellent book on the late Cliff Burton...well worth a read

I'll definitely be giving this book a read, anything on Randy is a plus to me. Although there's the craziness going on with "The Last Train Home" and the 30th Anniversaries it's awesome Randy is getting so much attention, all hail the king of six string!
