I posted this on another site. Seems the Strat that Randy has been pictured with was given or sold to a roadie. Apparently he still owns it but it is kept at a music store in Seattle.

After all these years and then that guitar shows up... That is very impressive and RR's roadie from his Quiet Riot days (Harold) still owns this. I'm surprised that this has never been mentioned before now. Surely all the Randy fans who visit that shop would of been told about that guitar ?... But saying that Randy's 12 string Firebird another one of his guitars which is left out of Randy's arsenal. That was mentioned last year when its original owner (Dave Tangye) did his interview and shone some light onto its background and where it came from etc. It's just weird how these rare pieces of Randy's effects turn up out of the blue. Very much like his 'Zeus amp' i just hope this doesn't stir up a hornets nest. It would be cool to see this donated to the RR museum. Cool stuff
