Wow. Sure looks like the last version of the PDV. Black knobs, black bridge. Looks like the glow in the dark Bela Lugosi Jackson from Phil Collen up top, and that's Dave Murray from Iron Maiden's double humbucker strat W/ mirrored pickguard on the far right. Never seen this pic before!

ya its probably when his PDV was at hard rock cafe a few years back, it was taken back by the family though i believe as there were employees and others playing it.

Also looks like Leslie West's LP Jr. & Felix Pappalardi' EB-1 bass.
Wonder if this the display that caught a lot of direct sunlight that caused the top on Randy's V to ripple (as seen in the Japanese documentary)?

Good call on the LP Jr! I know this is off topic, but since you mentioned it I have to ask. I've heard so much about the Japanese documentary, but I can't find a copy anywhere. Anyone willing to sell a copy, or know where to purchase one?

I remember talking with Frank about this photograph that he posted up of Kathy's eldest daughter and Frank's daughter Brianna. I noticed in the bottom left corner an amplifier which has Randy's name on the back. I asked Frank if he could remember if this was Randy's Fender Harvard amp. But if my memory is correct he couldn't say. I always wondered if this was the same amp that he used for his Ozzy audition. ??

Torrenting is different from regular downloads...Basically those links on the site open up the torrent program you choose to use....Download this

http://www.utorrent.com/

Then click on those links, open the torrent file, the torrent file will then open utorrent and it will ask where you want to save it and thats it. You should read up on Seeds and Leachers though first. And choose a upload of like 30kb or so if you have a fast upload speed, if you choose your max upload your download speed will be very slow, but if you set the upload to low your download will be slow!

Good torrent sites are...

BTJunkie
Pirate Bay
Demonoid (invite only, but the best out there probably)

There are many others but those 3 are the best IMO, Another good one is "the traders den" for rare bootlegs, dimeadozen is good also for that stuff..

THIS wAS t the RnR HOF in Cleveland in 97-98,I went "JUST" to see RRs guitar! The family had it there for roughly a year before taking it back due to inproper, preservation,as far as I know.
I was abot 18 @the time & was FLOORED BY IT,just taking in every nick & scratch, knowing the Sndtrk to my life was played on that very piece of wood!
But I was surprised as to how bad the Paint/enamel/clear coat was all cracked & the wites were quite yellow.& it is strangly thinly shaped for a traditional V .
I do know that it was here again,w/Randys white QR outfit.Havent been there in years though & its probibaly gone again.

Hey Shockwave. Thanks again for your help. Looks like this computers WebSense won't allow any torrent business. If anyone has a burned copy they can let go of email me. Sorry Admin's for this being off topic.

On a side-note, Iron Miaden´s Dave Murray got Paul Kossoff´s Fender Strat, don´t know where he got it from- but he painted it black, as it was white originally... can´t imagine why, as he is/was a great fan of Koss´...
