Okay guys and girls, if you're wondering how is our documentary getting on, heres some updates for you.
1) I have 4 - 5 interviews collected so far. (still happy to receive more people

)
2) One of which is with someone who's also in Peter Margolis's documentary.
3) The stories that have been shared so far are truly fantastic.
4) I have been donated a song that was written in memory of Randy by a member of the UR.com and RR.tk community.
5) I am currently in talks with some important people to feature in the documentary, who? well you'll have to wait and see
And I would say more, but hey, I'll drop a line once I get more to update you on.

Great to hear things are going well Simon, uni projects are one thing but i think that independant work is where you earn your reputation and certainly where your passion is
Keep at it
p.s.
i am writing this in my uni library its half ten and i've been awake 40hours straight

, i like doing solid shifts of work but i think i i might soon be sick

thanks Rob
Its been kind of easy for filming when it came to my uni work as recently I have to do a experimental film, edit on camera, its easier than I originally thought and my tutor loved my test video that I made and I agree with what you said there about independant work.
I know that feeling, lol, welcome to zombieland

or if you're like me, you just go and in perfect tone, WelCome To BuCKetHEAD lAND.

editing in camera is an interesting dicipline there is a great super 8 festival where you can only edit in camera and you send in the soundtrack seperately.
im really digging my 3rd year film project somehow i've been promoted im now directing

- but relishing a new challenge. for some reason my passion for art, music, film has returned recently. Im determined to produce something immense
the only problem is that im working constantly to keep on top of things, i cant remember when i last played guitar, which sucks cos i was getting back into
real practice.
Still BRING IT ON

This must be turning into a labour of love for you Simon..the buckethead LOL! If i could be of help by putting together a draft of interview questions. Yeah it would be good if you could read the book, as it will definately help for your research. But when that time comes let me know and i'll help as much as i can OK.
