I wasn't really sure where to put this on the forum but it has alot to do with Randy so here it is. I saw on Blabbermouth earlier where former Ozzy bassist Bob Daisley is to recieve an award from ASCAP for Crazy Train being one of the most performed songs in 2008. First off, congratulations to Bob for some MUCH deserved recognition, and it is amazing that after nearly 30 years Crazy Train is still played enough to recieve an award from one of the biggest music organizations in the world. It would also not be right to not mention how this award says a lot for Ozzy's staying power in the business and to how recognizable his song has become. And I could not finish this post without saying, it is a testament to the extraoridinary skills of the late Randy Rhoads for Crazy Train to stand the test of time. I've always said above all else Randy just had that little extra that made you want to keep listening, I guess this award would validate that statement.

Congrats to the much underrated Mr. Daisley, and fellow Aussie. Long awaited, if not for he, Randy and Lee, there would not be an Ozzy, and the O$bournes' would not be living the lifestyle they sooooo cherish. We all should be grateful, and hope sometime soon Mr. Daisley will give us the privilege of an interview at UR. Cheers to you Bob !!!!!!!!! :fish:

Well done Bob, but this wasn't a moment befor time. It must rankle for the Osbourne's after the efforts they went to removing Bob from RR's history.
