Rare Quiet Riot flyer & RR guitar pick

If these are genuine and from 1978 someone has just got a good bargain on ebay. The flyer is a cool item on its own and i noticed that the date isn't mentioned in the archive. Plus a RR guitar pick from the same gig.
The pick has the tell tale vintage Fender logo with the R missing which will date this back to the 70's. So it's looking good to be a 100% genuine item. The only thing i would say that is very off putting is the condition of the flyer. The first thing anyone does with a flyer is fold it up and stick it in a pocket. These would be giving out at record stores and at the venue prior to the gig. So for it to be in such good condition is very questionable. All the corners are neat and clean and the only thing i can see is slight paper loss which is probably from tape being stuck on the flyer at some time. But i'd be able to tell better if i had the flyer in my hands. You can tell if something has aged over time or if it is to mint and crisp to be old etc. I just hope the seller is a genuine guy who is just selling some of his memorabilia. I hate to see collectors and fans being ripped off and RR items don't come cheap.
