This is a great story !!
I told Alex I would share it, it is from Janet Robin. It is, I believe an example of just deserts :)

Janet was to play Crazy Train with Dweezil Zappa at a Randy Rhoads Tribute performance. He was very nice, but didn't ask who was going to do the solo assuming being the bigger name and also a male, that he was the man for the job, literally!
She said she was hurt a bit because Randy had taught her and she didn't even get considered! Anyway she bit her lip and just thought "oh well"
What happened anyway was his Guitar with a Floyd Rose suffered a broken string just before the solo sending his guitar out of tune.
She stepped in and improvised a solo and finished off the song.

HA HA, The girls in the audience clapped this.

Us males are very bossey sometimes. I think he deserved the God of Guitar breaking his string for his big ego.

I know this is an out of the blue story. I hope you like it!

Pehaps Cableguy who I know lurks here sometimes might like to jump in here because he knows about this show.
We had talked about it a while ago (I think)? And if I am not mistaken has a copy of the show on an old tape, I would love to hear it myself although mainly because it re-united Brad Rudy & Tommy playing Mr Crowley.
Go On Darin share your info with us  :D

Ian is this not the same show from 1993 this line up had Rudy, Brad & Tommy. Someone called Mark Wood did his version of Crowley on the violin ?

If my memory is correct during that show some classic RR/Ozzy were played more than once as well as other songs that had nothing to do with Randy.
I am certain if he see's fit Darin will help other fellow Rr fans out by sharing information.
