WOW!!.. What an incredible interview i think its the first time i've ever read Don's account of that terrible day.I like how the interviewer is keep pushing the issue of the accident to try and grab more info from Don. Which must be a really hard issue for him to talk about. Plus he's writing a book aswell Great News. This interview is a few years old i wonder how far on the book is ?? Thanks alot for letting us see that Tom

Tom don't think i'm trying to piss on your fire if you pardon the pun but i think that must be a bit of an exclusive interview. I checked out his website/forum and another interview is on there and he doesn't want to talk about 'that day' its hear if anyone is interseted .

whoopiecat wrote:That's strange....do you think what I posted is legitimate? Odd how he was candid to one interviewer, but shut the other one completely.
After reading what you posted, I'm wondering if what I came across is the real thing.... :?

Thanks,
T.
It's legit i just don't think thats the case now, i think he wants to keep a low profile and keep that part of his life for his book. In the interview i posted up he has wrote 5 chapters of his book. On your interview i think it was a new idea that hadn't started. He does mention this which i thought was odd...

"BB: Didn't you just talk to somebody for the Ozzy book they are doing?
Don Airey: Unfortunately, I did. I wish I hadn't. Well, I didn't know who they were. I thought they were someone else. I regret saying anything. I didn't give much away. My book is just going to be funny."

What Ozzy book would that be ?

Great read! Thnx!
I remember a simular interview with Don before but some things I can't remember reading before, like they photographed Randy's guitars and they turned out all foggy.
It can be the moisture that effected the cameras. In Florida it can be very high at times.

Not sure where they took them?
If it was in the bus, did the bus have an airco?
I think there must be a natural explanation, but who knows!
