Both shots are great, the one with the Les Paul is my favorite of the 2.

I've heard Jay Banbury's name mentioned a few times is he a rock photographer or just a fan with a cool collection of RR photos ??

no he absolutely is a photographer and was at the concert I think it was madison, wis. diary 82' and took those photos..

Cheers guys for clearing that one up. Has Jay had his work in any published magazines or gallerys.Ive seen lots of photos of Randy that i can put a name to but i've never seen any of Jays photos...

I don't think so. We tried really hard to get one of his photos in the wikipedia, but even though he is the actual photographer, those guys wouldn't budge. His phots are among my favorites. He caught some great moments.

I agree. I checked out his myspace, and the pictures are just too good for words. It's the old saying " a picture is worth 1000 words"
