As I am in Bond mood I think of Ozzy and Randy like Connery era Bond.

When you listen/watch loads of their stuff the replacements at first don't seem convincing.

Zakk is no way Daniel Craig though, Ozzy nevered discovered a Daniel Craig. I think Zakk was/is like Roger Moore. he brings a good light heartedness to the role and lots of fun but lacks the punch of the predecessor.

I still can't get over how skinny Randy was. I am so envious! LOL

*looks like someone is holding Randy's Les Paul in the second pic just behind the Marshall stack at the right. Maybe tuning?
He doesn't look like Pete Mertons.

Cool shots GUITARIDOL5682 I can never get enough of those old shots from Port vale Randy looks amazing. I can only ask myself again what more did this young man have to give the world.

Randy was how you say...very photographic! Or is it photogenic? Photographical? Whatever! :lol: He was very different looking, very eye catching. I'd think it would be weird if you DIDN'T want a picture of him.
