Time-line sure does seem wacky here... Wasn't Robert Sarzo given the job too? The Osbournes promised the job to every guitarist, just to cover themselves. Randy left big shoes to fill and Ozzy's reputation was what it was. Basically Ozzy's solo career was built upon the two albums by Blizzard Of Ozz. Bark At The Moon therefore being Ozzy's first solo album, no matter what he claims. It's sad and pathetic how the O's have built a career. Never mind, Randy Rhoads is the legend that Ozzy Osbourne will never be. Good singer he was, tho'.

Actually guys.. Marq was the first one Ozzy went after..so get over your timeline. It's not accurate. Rudy Sarzo confirmed his story. It was Marq and Robert Sarzo around the same time. Then Bernie, Brad and George.

By the way.. I was told by Peter Margolis and Rudy the Osbourne's had 8mm footage they were sitting on in 2007.

No idea if it was Marc Torien or Amir Derakh, but Rudy Sarzo talks about one of them in his book. Brilliant story. Supposedly Ozzy walks in, pissed as hell saying "I've found the new Randy Rhoads" or something akin to that, the new big cheese, Brad Gillis was there and had already been told he was in the band. Anyway, under Ozzy's instruction, they jammed Mr Crowley. This guy supposedly could hardly play, it was embarrassing apparently.

Poor Brad. Ozzy gave him a shit time really.
