It is from the San Antonio 1982 show, that footage should be familiar, also the audio is from Minneapolis.

I don't know, but I had a crazy theory, Does RR used wah for audience sound in DOAM tour? In Milwaukee and others audience tapes looks like he does.

The guy is David Peche from San Antonio. He still lives there and films shows. He didn't record anything more for this concert other than what's shown apparently.
This was Super 8 and I only had this one tape of 50 ft of film which lasted 3-4 minutes...Didn't have a lot of money and needed it for the night... I have footage of a demolition of a building at the begging of the tape that took up the first part... I just edited the concert to fit the songs the bands would have played...
