Randy on Idol??

Anyone else think this guy kinda looks like Randy or a young Peter Frampton?
His name is Garret Haley & he's only 17. Come on guys you gotta admit at least the hair is close and a little bit of resemblance across the eyes????

He looks like Frampton back in the "Frampton comes alive" days. I don't see the Randy resemblance though.
