Was he actually 22 inches around the waist?
I never realized how small that was until I was dressing the kid I babysit and realized that he wore Todler Size 3, 22 inches.
That's pretty effin' small, ok.
I heard Randy had to shop in the girls section for his pants...never heard the todler section before though.
Yeah he may of been small in the waist but i'd heard a rumour that he was hung like a zannzebar donkey..I think Frank seen him in his speedo's once he may be small in some departments but i think he could satisfy in more ways then one's think ....

shaun you smutty little man. meradith seems to think randy had a size 25 or 26" waist. i had a 27 inch waist sixty pounds ago but you'd never catch me in speedos.
