Japanese magazine fanzine pic

It's the first time ive seen the pic at the bottom of the page from this Japanese Fanzine.I gather that it was taken at Ridge Farm during the recording of Blizzard has anyone got a clearer pic of this one as its a bit murky.Can anyone translate the dialogue into English

yeah, it looks like ridge farm to me. But im not totally certain.

I have visited Ridge farm and this is definitely Ridge Farm. The building behind them is the house where Randy, Bob, and Lee were staying during the session. Ozzy, Sharon, and Engineer Max Norman were housed in other buildings on the Farm.

Yeah Joe if you check the link out look at the tree in the picture its on the left of thhe colour picture at the top of the page

I think it was Rob Ellis of Repfoto fame that took the photos i recognise the clothes the band are wearing from other photos from the same time

Cool pic with Bob & Lee and at the background the Rigde Farm, never seen it before. Someone has a better copy of that?

the top says "randy rhoads - guitar hero." that's all i can make out

Yea I just bought this one on ebay myself a couple months ago. cool pic.

Thanks for the link Shaun. They actually stopped being a fully equipped studio in 2002 :( Which is dissapointing because all of the original equipment used for mixing the blizzard album is now gone :(. Some lucky guy has got some real special equipment!

Joe if you hadn't noticed Diary of a Madman was recorded at Ridge Farm aswell..

Yes, i did know, but no members of the band were there to mix it!
