Blizzard of Ozz

The Wizards of Ozz
You Cant Kill Randy Rhoads

And what do you think are some good tips on starting a band?

Go for something that will cause people to ask where the name came from, like "Pieces" or "Killer Girls"...

i dunno, i think that if you base your name on an ozzy album, or make an ozzy band in general, you better kick (butt) or people may be mad.... not to say you suck i cant say.

Ultimate Rhoads ! 8)

Probably the hardest thing: find musicians who really want to play the Ozzy music.

And an audience who are all familiar with Blizzard Of Ozz and Ozzy's music. These days Ozzy fans aren't that common, Iron Maiden are probably the most popular of the older bands to the youth of today.

I envy you Rob, I wish I knew some people who wanted to put together an Ozzy tribute band. I think you have an advantage as a guitarist at least you controlthe music, I am a drummer so forming a good tribute band is that bit harder.

Band names can be difficult to come up with so I suggest something that represents exactly what you stand for...

1)Eternal Ozzy
2)All Rhoads Lead To Ozz
3)Batman (Sorry, already taken)
4)The Wildman
5)Disciples Of Ozzy
6)Prince Of Darkmess
7)Crowley's Revenge
8)Always Crazy
9)Devil's Child (Parady To Destiny's Child)
10)Almost Mammal
