Some times with code user names and passwords with spaces can let a talented person reek havok and that is all I need to say.

Patrick, I do not mean to undermine your decision to lock this thread (temporarily), but I felt that I needed to clear this up.

Although it hasn't been noted, I have yet to comment either way on this particular site. However, I have been quick to receive my 'well deserved' ( ) abuse, in a freshly written blog by Mr Blevins himself. As I am in a particularly charitable mood, I won't go through all of it but I'll address some of the 'finer' ( ) points...... yeah:

No, that is actually wrong. I spoke to Peter in a number of e-mails and he was happy to affiliate so long as I blocked every reference to Kevin DuBrow. This phrase may not ring a bell but 'no, you unreasonable dick' came straight to mind after receiving that particular request.

Peter gave me a list of names he wanted banned! this included Des, ironface,trigger,Joe and few others that were attacking the "Official Randy Rhoads site" and Peter, and this was done per his request.

Riiiiight, even though I was told I was banned for trying to contact Bob Daisley directly through PM to offer bootlegs... Oh and secondly, I'm pretty sure he mentioned to me that it was you who banned me... I'm confused... Who's the liar?

I will have to say it was the right thing to do! because these people do hold themselves in very high place with "Randy Rhoads" like what they say matters. All of this got to Peter Margolis and he began the process of screwing me over with the help of Kelly Garni "admitted"

Not really. I wouldn't consider myself 'high and mighty' within the Randy Rhoads community/fanbase. I've never tried to dictate the direction of this board and I've always kept myself particularly restrained when it comes to certain topics to avoid dividing the forum.

I closed the "The official site down" before he could complete his new adventure and then Peter Joined TK and they got what they wanted and that's what this has all been about.

I'm sure UR trigger and Ian are up Kelly's ass trying to get some kind of control here and if not .. along with TK they will attack this site and try to cause the same thing to happen again.

Don't mean to sound rude, but do you know something about Ian that I don't? Is he omnipotent? It is the second or third time in months that you've written Trigger & Ian? Let us for a minute assume you meant 'Trigger and Joe' like you'd written previously... Actually, I PM'd Kelly Garni stating that I felt it was only fair to return his favour of including UR in a banner by adding a link at the bottom of ours and also wishing all the best...
As for attacking your site... I really don't have the time or patience to sit around bitching about other websites, especially going into my second year at University. I sincerely hope your site succeeds and that is the honest truth. I'm sure TK feels exactly the same.

No. In the same way as you don't need anyones permission to walk down the street knowing you're an American citizen. However, i'm pretty sure even as an American citizen, you can't just go and beat someone up (probably not the greatest analogy ever). See where I'm going with this? Nobody has said you can't be a Randy Rhoads fan. UR has repeatedly allowed you back despite causing problems and you have blown it every time. We allow free debate. What we don't allow is personal attacks and harassment. Where is that permitted in the US constitution?

This is Kelly's site for Randy "in America" and he don't need the permission of UR or TK "in UK" to exist! all fans are welcome and the drama will be removed.

No, you're right Kelly doesn't need the permission and we've never said he does. By the way, I transferred Ultimate Rhoads from the German (was never hosted in the UK) servers it was on to the U.S.A about a year ago to improve speeds for American users... So, I wouldn't exactly say it was 'from the UK'.

Let me clarify that I get on with Kelly very well and we've spoken about many issues and we share the same views on lots of them. This isn't an attack at him or the new website...

I couldn't have said it better Joe, I think that Kelly has recieved much support and will continue to, however I have seen questions asked of Kelly that he has been happy to answer and time will tell at how good Kelly's site will be.
What much of this is about isn't Kelly and his idea which if it flies and is transparent will deliever great things, mostly it concerns Steve and his motivations and honesty, he has gathered the dislike of almost everyone within the community time after time after time, Had I been Steve I would have buried my old id and used a new one and in 6 months as the project progressed and demonstrated its integrity I would have revealed who I was and perhaps then his slate would be cleaner, maybe even cleaned.

I still support the idea of more and more forums giving greater access to Randy's material this was the principle I had before we opened UR and remains my oppinion still. I knew that this forum would attract questions positive and negative, we did when we opened UR, I recently read a boast by somebody about how they exploited joe when we opened!!! well all that is in the past and is part of what a new forum and its team/members have to suffer until it (and they) become established within an existing community.

This is what Kelly will be going through (as we did) and I hope Steve learns that if he has integrity to rise above and lead by example, because example is never missed. This is the mature way and Kelly has been mature in his responses, sadly Steve has demonstrated in his blog that he has some way to go to catch up with Kelly.

I could say much more but I would be adding nothing new, good luck with the forum Kelly, running one is a learning curve but although tough it is at the same time enjoyable, I only wish I could speak with you at your own forum Kelly but as I expected! I am banned from your forum now OR to be more specific since late yesterday I haven't been able to find my account and friends on-site have confirmed I have gone from thier friend lists, very fishy?, however Kelly, goodluck and my best wishes to you.

No worries mates, RR network, whom ever he may be, is a " Jackass" as Pres. Obama would put it! You guys have done a wonderful job with this site , and I see no threat from this person whatsoever !!! Kelly,( not spelled Kelle as RR network would spell his name on his blog), will smarten up soon enough.Kelly is not a liar,(RR network spelled it lier) as that RR nitwit claimed I was saying. Kelly I believe is trying to put his best foot forward, but needs to choose his partners carefully, from his head, and not his heart. Everything a Randy fan would, or will want, will come about eventually, and I can't see Randy wanting a fan to pay for it, without knowing it was for a good cause that they all could see a good result from. Being accountable means so much ! Go UCLA! Go UR!

Well Matt, I know Steve forwarded a message to Joe saying I have not been banned!
I still can't get in (as of last night) and as I stated I have gone from the lists of those who asked for me as a friend!!!
Perhaps I wasn't 'banned' maybe Steve was cleaning and he just put me away 'by mistake' in a drawer. I bet I have just been 'Tidied'.
This could have been as simple as he 'whilst cleaning' read my name upside down so he saw 'reggirT' he thought this looks like a mistake 'The scrawling of a madman. And I should know' I will just put it away in the lost and found drawer and wait to see if it is claimed.

I can only ask my friends if they spot me at the new forum, in a cold damp dusty almost empty corner of the sections at Steve's forum, could they give me a call so I can arrange collection. Maybe I could be returned to my friends at the forum where I can flourish and grow stronger.

Perhaps some of the funds raised by Steve could be used to return me to UR?
