I haven't been there yet, as I live in Norway and it's quite a long way to go. But myself and a friend are actually going to the US in 4 or 5 years, so I'm hoping to get a chance to visit Randy then! :D

Yes, I went to the last memorial and the one 2 years ago. What an experience. The family was super gracious. I would HIGHLY recommend going to at least one memorial.

I remember before they moved him and have photos of his first resting place. It was something I will never forget too. I remember bring a good friend there and he was just over come with being right there... I was happy they moved him and has his own resting place.

I live extremely close to where he is resting but have never been there. I plan to do so though, and leave 25 picks lying there in memory of the years he lived.

Yup. For the 25th. I'd like to go back soon, but with the resident idiot, I'll never know if I'll be going as soon as I'd like. But, I do plan on going for the 30th, as Sarah will be looking at colleges, and what better place to start than in California? So, it's a win/win situation for me!

I've been there 3 or 4 times. I'm not 100% sure, but, if it's not 3 then it's 4. However, if it's not 4 then it's 3.

Once, I brought a tape measure with me and had a friend stretch it out as far as it would go (like, 20 feet maybe). From that spot I took a picture of each side of Randy's monument. Got home and when I got my pictures... yup... I cut out each one and taped them together and had a little 3D mini-monument. It was shortly after that when my friends had some type of intervention with me about this. I don't know what became of the mini-monument but I believe I am a better, more sane person now. (doh!)

Actually, they were making fun of me while I was taking the pictures. But they helped damn it! They helped!

I don't live far from his grave, but I've never been and probably will never.

i went one year to a memorial... can't remember the year... can you randy? (perry, not rhoads... i'm not THAT crazy, yet *wink*) - but then after that i moved out that way and lived in vegas for almost a year and in southern cali for a few months (temecula and murietta) and when i was actually living there i drove up there and sat quite a few times.... went searching for the Earps... or whoever is also burried in that same cemetary... i live about a block and a half away from Dimebag's grave right now and I go over there and just sit every now and then too... kind of morbid I guess but it seems to comfort me so whatever... anyway, here's my pics from the one memorial thing we went to...
