I just try to stay positive, even though we all can see there has been a falling out by KG, Peter, possibly Kelle and Kathy I think the work and information that was shot is valuable for fans to hear and see, in all these years there has been nothing like this done. There is no doubt there has been trouble in paradise. I mean no disrespect to jimbo or jimbojones or KG , DF, KR, or whoever but I can't see very well what the Jackson has done at this point for the legacy. Make 60 guitars that the real fans can't afford that all of us want? It's a cool thing That's why we all really want one, but really doubt I ever will be able. That goes against his legacy.

One thing that all the poor PR that has gone hand in hand with this film has done is bring the RR fans closer together, that itself is a positive thing and even through the imposed drama the real fans stayed and will stay very loyal to the subject.
I am not a guitarist and for me the only thigs of interest will be footage audio and the words of those who knew Randy, much of which I imagine we (you and I) will have already heard/read many times.

they haven't started to edit the doc though, so I think it is still going to be a while before we see anything at the cinemas OR on DVD.

Good post Jimbo. I like a guy that tells it like it is. The director of the doc is in reality a crook. As it stands now, no Osbourns, so where's the story? The director will not even contact the family. Or maybe it's best said, he doesn't. You, the fans, have been patient, and enthisuastic from the start. And I appreciate that so much. But. I must say from my heart, that the wrong person was chosen for the job. Heard he was at NAMM, good thing we didn't run into each other. I'd still be in the Orange county jail. Please believe me when I tell you that I have some very cool things coming up to make it up to you fans who are so great. Remember That cool vid up a bit ago about a dude who had the ultimate Randy collection? I'm working with him now and Fender. Lot's of cool stuff coming up. Geeze? I haven't been attacked by Romeo and his new buddy PM? I must be doing something wrong. Maybe telling the truth here will get me in more trouble. Now you all know what I know regarding the film. I wish it could be more, I wish it could be more positive, but you'all got what I know. In the end, it's no reason to stop loving Randy, and I am so greatfull to all of you. That is, movie or not, the most important thing.

How could the Assbournes, who publicly declare their love for Randy so often, not want to be a part of the doc? I really wonder what the hell is going on behind the scenes...this had the promise of being such a great thing and now it's looking grim. Depresses the hell out of me actually...

Not to come off as a pessimist, but I wonder if folks haven't made appearances here and there due to the fact of everything that has transpired in the past year. A lot of high tension, grudges and such....I'm not saying folks are hiding, but perhaps laying low, as one doesn't really know if someone is going to show up to settle some petty score.
I know...sounds paranoid and weird...but food for thought, I suppose.
Very odd that the film crew were absent for the Jackson unveiling.

P.S. Can't really blame K for the sharp edges, as most in the community turned their backs on him this past summer and fall. A lot of bullshit attitude towards someone who is supposed to be a V.I.P. on both boards.

I hope the documentary gets released, so that the documentary will keep his memory alive and the FANS can enjoy and appreciate it. I wish all of the BS would stop.

If anyone is curious about the Osbournes, why not twitter the shit out of Sharon and see if she responds? She's always on it.

Having a replica of Randy's white Jackson is cool, but I don't think it's a good move to have a price tag like that.

Also, Randy is not here to defend himself about the doc or the guitar replica. Maybe he would love the doc. Maybe he wouldn't be happy about his fans not being able to afford one of his guitars. I hope the money is going to a good cause.

We didn't turn our backs on Kelly and I am sure he knows it. When we opened this place we pledged not to have vip's or have Mods who in some way were set higher than the members, and I know that KG enjoys this down to earth approach, so to us Kelly is an ordinary member just like you and I.
