Hey Jon,
I Just got a look at the figure, and I've gotta say,
that it really doesn't look good at all. The detail to the guitar and the body and costume is great,
but the face is terrible. It does not look like Randy at all. Have you had many complaints about it?

So far the response has been favorable. But if you are not satified with the sculpture you can cancell your order. We do not want you to get something you do not like.
