That is RR and his Mum and I think it is at Ridge Farm in the UK.

I visited RF a little over a yr ago and this looks like the pond on the property.

I doubt that it is California since Dee is wearing an overcoat.

I think it is Blizzard era sessions since I don't think Dee visited during Diary.

I may be wrong but, these are my best guesses.

Very cool pic especially since it gave me a chance to poke a little fun at Frank

I have never seen Randy with anything by his heels and/or bare feet during the Ross Halfin shots of RR and Oz in the ocean at Daytona Beach FL or on the Martha's Vinyard sailing trip while on tour.

Anyway, I am sure we will see plenty very very cool stuff when Peter releases the documentary.

Thanks to everyone for contributing here and I am happy to chime in when I think I can provide something meaningful.

Franks correct - the park is in Burbank near the 134 and behind (next to) St. Joseph's Hospital. We went there alot, occasionally flew kites, picnic, etc. Good Times.

In a pic like that you'd have to go on eye level height... I'm 6 foot one inch, and Kelly Garni is shorter than me...

It's amazingly difficult to find a picture where all the band members are standing and you can see their feet...
