No idea, I liked what I saw and it was a reasonable price so I snatched it up. Spur of the moment type thing- at the end it has a full page black and white shot of Randy with the epitaph of 1956-1982, does that ring a bell to you? Honestly, I have no freaking idea and there isn't a shot of the cover, either- so I guess that I'm kinda taking a chance that this could be a book with merely a chapter about RR/OO in it. Have to wait (rather impatiently) and see.

Yeah that sounds like the Jackson RR tribute book it was approved by the family and released as a limited edition of 5000. I think it was 5000 but it should have a number on the book stating how many eg. 395/5000. It's something i've been trying to get hold of for some time. Well, Idol- no, I wasn't quite that lucky- the seller was smart enough to imply that Randy was the subject of the book but rather it is a HM Ozzy Osbourne photo book, a UK release from 1984. I read the 3 page article at the end where the band is somehow still Blizzard of Ozz (or referred to as "his Blizzard") and it also states plainly that Bob and Lee "quit" the band- however there are enough photos of Randy in there to make the purchase worthwhile. Actually there are a couple I hadn't seen previously, but it would appear that they arejust different shots of some of the same photos shoots that are out there.

I'd post up some pics etc but it's late and I'm tired- I don't even know if there is already a thread in the collector's corner, but I wioll hopefully see about that tomorrow from the office.

Yeah that Ozzy HM photo book has been mentioned on here and most of the pics from it are up in various threads. It's a great book and it is dedicated to Randy on the last page. Feel free to post up any of your favs from the book. Cheers

Well Idol, you posted up my favorite:) I had actually responded to your post earlier this week but the internet connection out here in the sticks has been acting up- the page loaded for several minutes and I had assumed that it made it up, but instead the connection shut down and by the time I had figured this out- I was too damn tired to fight with the laptop and the wireless router and start over.

Yeah, otherwise not too much to say. It's been a helluva time trying to keep up at both work and home as of late- so I apologize for not having taken any photos or uploading any shots. I'll stay on that thought, tho- I just cannot commit to when at this time, unfortunately!
