I know of 1 half brother from his fathers second marriage who lives in CT. His Name is Paul. He lives the next town over from me. I've never met him in person but I've talk to him briefly online.

Last I heard (14 years ago) they were in Torrington CT.

He lives in New Hartford CT now. From what I remember he said that picture was taken either at the New Haven,CT show or the RI show.

I was wrong. The pictures are from the Springfield Civic Center In Mass. I'm assuming the other guy with the Jackson is a friend of Paul's.

Yep, the guy holding the Jackson was a friend of Randy's half brothers. From what I've heard, he was a huge Black Sabbath fan.

Thats a great candid family photo are you sure about the who's who ?. So i gather the people sitting opposite are Kathy to the right and Randy's step mom to the left ?.

That's correct. My left to right reference is photo oriented, not seating oriented. Randy's stepmom is in the solid dark shirt, and Kathy is in the horizontal striped shirt.
