Kelly Garni and Kelle Rhoads Question

Like one of my very close friends said not so long ago when Frank posted something on the Rhoads Facebook and Mr.Garni came unglued,she sent me a message and stated:

"If people only knew that Randy,family and friends had nothing else to with with KG after the shooting they would feel stupid"

Quoting unnamed people only makes you look more suspect. I'm not doubting you, just relaying information on how this place is run.

This is not logical; anyone that has been around here for a while can see it. The statement may have been said but it still makes it inaccurate. Many times since this instance happened the Rhoads family and Garni have been seen, interviewed and performed together in public.

frank, i bet randy was kind of freaked out at that time,who would'nt be ? but in the end it showed how cool of a person randy was to not throw away a friendship and inviting kelly to casino to see that nights gig. for ozzy to know and say something to kelly about it shows that he never forgot ,but forgave. randy was just a cool friend after everything that went down.

Yeah that fight was all over Kevin DuBrow and KG's drunking actions sort of went boiling over and Randy was caught in the cross fire literally. I can see how someone would be freaked out by this and if you've ever had someone point a gun at you it ain't good. KG has always said they kissed and made up the next day or a few days after. Frank ?????. Did you remember if this did happen ?. Not to doubt KG's words but from what your saying i don't think Randy would of welcomed KG with open arms.

So the weird thing is KG shoots at him and Ozzy sucker punches him! Those two wouldn't be around or at least have a permanent limp if they pulled that crap on me. I feel like back handing both for doing those things to Randy!

I can't speak for anyone else but I know that I have best friends, friends, acquaintences, family and coworkers: no one can ever lie claim to me the way that people seem to do with Randy- why is that? No offense to anyone but is it possible that Randy didn't account for his whereabouts friends and all conversations at all times, to everyone he knew? Its not incomprehensible to me that some of his friends and family may not have not gotten along, I mean assuming that they are all human. IMO from all accounts Randy got along with everyone it wouldn't suprise me that he forgave KG after the altercation. I could be wrong.

this statement is indeed logical and accurate. no doubt randy and kelly reconnected in las vegas during the tour. that's more a testament to randys forgiving character than anything else. i'm not trying to re-write history. i was there. the shooting incident made kelly a pariah at the time.

i don't blame kelly for trying to downplay this. wouldn't you? "heh-heh...boys will be boys. you didn't mind me taking a few shot at you, didja, randy?" i don't think so.

check out the cover of quiet riot 2. in the 'acknowledgements and thanks' on the back cover, the band mentions 'dog breath.' who do you suppose that is? there's a band poster on the locker door. garni's face is x'd out in black vinyl tape. who do you suppose brought these items to my attention?

when ozzy met kelly, he wanted to rip his head off. that tells me that randy bent ozzys ear about the incident, something that would indicate the emotions still ran high.

hey guys, as a rule i tend to bite my tongue and i probably should have here. every now and then, though, if i don't get a good nights sleep or my digestive system is out of sorts, i seem to find the smell of bullshit rather galling.

hey, by all means, buy the book. pick up several copies for your friends. i'm sure it's a good read.

Hello Frank,

I meen in no way to start an argument over the above, but just to explain how I viewed the statement. I was approaching the quote from the stand point of the now. I have no doubt the incident pissed Randy off, and upset those that are close to him. Though it is quite clear that the Rhoads family have had dealings with Kelly after this happened, where the quote clearly states they have had nothing to do with him since the shooting. I guess the analytical part of my mind reeled at the wording of the post.

What is interesting about this site is, you can tell them the truth, throw water in their face and then smack them just to see if they are listening and they will still defend Kelle Garni. Much true information has been delivered on this site over the past few years and people are just to stupid to listen.

According to Doug Rhoads (Today) he and Kelly Garni are on the outs they are no longer speaking. If you don't believe this call musonia and ask him yourself. I assume it is over publishing his book without the blessing of Dee. If it walks like a duck....quak quak

I don't know if you realize this.. but Peter Margolis has just defeated Kelly Garni . Looks like his book is the winner. The funny thing is all of those photos that Kelly Garni donated to the film were used. He signed off on them and there is nothing he can do about it. He will not receive one dime.

Regardless of who you know and who you are, WHY keep bashing Kelly Garni? You seem to know these people, so if you have an issue with Kelly, go deal with him face to face.

For the record, I'm not a blind sheep, but I see no use in attacking people on the Internet. Delores Rhoads didn't sign off on Kelly's book about his life? Really? Bet she didn't sign off on Ace Frehley's book about his life, either.

C'mon, contribute to the positive here. Tell us what you know without trying to bring someone else down. The more you talk smack, the less credible you are. So let's drop it here and start fresh.
