I can wholeheartedly agree with that! My kids have difficulty understanding that they can't have everything 'right now'... a lot of times they say, "Just download it, dad,"RRFan4Ever wrote:It would seem that especially the younger generation doesn't understand the lengths we used to have to go to to find anything related to RR- or buy actual albums/cassettes/cds- nowadays younger people just don't "get that"- they surf the net and play games online and not do much of anything else. That is actually my so called gripe.

My children are gamers- so they aren't surfing the internet so much as they are playing some crazy ass games on it- and oftentimes I hear "wait a minute, I'm (insert something game related that I don't understand here)!" And it's always nonsensical too, ugh! lol

Re: Bobs book??
It would be totally kick ass to read Bobs view. Hopefully we will get the chance.
Re: Bobs book??
Just read on facebook that Bob is still working on finishing the book. I hope a large chunk of it is on his time with Randy and the BOO and DOAM sessions.

I'm sure there will be. Can't wait for him to release this damn book. Will be such a great read.Geo Sav wrote:Just read on facebook that Bob is still working on finishing the book. I hope a large chunk of it is on his time with Randy and the BOO and DOAM sessions.

so the rest of his career doesn't deserve as much space?Geo Sav wrote:I hope a large chunk of it is on his time with Randy and the BOO and DOAM sessions.
Re: Bobs book??
Your a button pusher aren't you? Did you hear me say that? I think I'm correct at thinking BOO and DOAM might be the biggest selling albums he was involved with not to mention one of only a few musicians that played with Randy and that could give us pics, info ect that we would like to see, hear and read. The people involved with the rest of his career have a lot written on them. Most are writing there own books.Stiltzkin wrote:so the rest of his career doesn't deserve as much space?Geo Sav wrote:I hope a large chunk of it is on his time with Randy and the BOO and DOAM sessions.

Re: Bobs book??
Just read an artical on the new Randy book coming out and it had an interesting story on how the crazy train name. Wondering if Bobs book will have the same story. Wondering how accurate the new book is.

Re: Bobs book??
That book could take alot of sales away from Bob as his interview was recorded and it could be used in the book. It would be a good idea to get a move on Bob!...
Re: Bobs book??
I totally agree with you.
Re: Bobs book??
I'd love to see Bob's interview/s pop up in the book............considering they don't have final permission to use anything they got from him.....!!!
