Anyone remember the Blizzard of Ozz live DVD +CD with a tour repro of the tour book? What ever happened to that release?

It's cool with me if they don't release it because I payed (on ebay 15yrs ago) way too much for the laserdisc only to go to a Canadian record show and saw for 1/4 of the price. There in an Argentinian version that came sealed with a magazine/DVD but it removed the in between banter and or pauses. It did look like a cool release, even if it had the wrong tourbook. I wonder why it was pulled? Maybe they didn't want to give Brad, Don, Tommy or Rudy anymore money. I really don't know, I was just making a joke.
