That link that you posted is almost a year old, from June 6, 2010 ??? I'm sure that when it is released it will have the classic songs from BOO and Diary! Pretty cool, although I don't play this game I still would love to hear them!

I know with all the hype about the Box Set the focus has pretty much been on that. But I just read the tracklist for the Rock Band 3 Ozzy pack.
Available on Xbox 360, Wii and PlayStation 3 on May 31

“Bark at the Moon” (available only as part of the 8-pack)

“Diary of a Madman”

“Flying High Again”

“I Don’t Know”

“Mama, I’m Coming Home” (available only as part of the 8-pack)

“Mr. Crowley”

“Over the Mountain”

“Steal Away (The Night)”

Can't wait to hear the Guitar only track for Diary!!! But I mean all of these will be good!

if you plug in a usb to your xbox you can copy or move the files to the usb, if you can only move them you can plug it into your computer and copy them to ur computer, then plug the usb into your xbox and move them back. (the copy option is only restricted[idk if it is restricted in this situation] from xbox to usb, not when ur copying them from usb to your computer)
hope this helps!

I've got a program to convert the Wii version to .wav files... where do I go to buy the Rock Band Ozzy Pack (yes, I am too lazy/don't care enough to read this whole thread).

So how do you go about getting this for the Wii? All I find on Google is that it has been announced? Since i don't buy many video games, I'm not up on this stuff.

Do you have Rock Band 3? (Maybe a stupid question, but just need to make sure  )

I found this article that might be able to help for the Wii: http://www.ehow.com/how_5769330_downloa ... s-wii.html

I think it's for Rock Band 1, but I would imagine they would be the same.

Haven't found these yet, so despite being a complete novice I thought I'd have a go at them myself, as I'd love the original backing track for Diary. Anyway, after a tiny bit of research thanks to Google I learnt that the files needed are .mogg files. I then bizarrely and excitedly found a site where I managed to download the .mogg file for Diary. However, when I played it through Audacity I couldn't isolate the tracks as the file was one track only. Doesn't this contradict what a .mogg file is all about? Isn't the sole purpose of them to carry individual tracks for Rock Band and the like?

I was hoping for isolated tracks by now. Backing tracks everything would be great.

from filext.com: "The MOGG file type is primarily associated with 'Ogg Vorbis'. This is a variant of the OGG file format used in Guitar Hero and similar games. Some of these files have up to six channels.

So, yeah, you'd think it would have worked...
