Re: Afterhours Original Broadcast
Yeah it was my 1st copy too,I hae 2 or 3 others that I have to dig out & transfer,Im sure thers a better quality copy in my collection? But since I havent seen one of theese online I thought Id share it because all Ive seen online is the Better quality one w/o the Subtitles & commercial & when I mentioned it a few months back alot of people didnt know what I was talking about.
My Question was for anyone in the Rochester area & if they remembered Mainstreet records?? I wonder where the better quality copies came from???Because the Official Ozzy release had just clips in Quicktime on Down to Earth CD (I was Duped into buying it by the sticker on it saying "Never before released RR footage) What a Rip off
And I was well......dissapointed to say the least & I felt Burned as a Fan/Consumer.
And the Japaneese 2002 Doc had HQ footage of it (presumably from the Ozzy Camp) but again, only clips

wow. looking at this quality makes me happy they made it better, but great job with this DMRX.

Re: Afterhours Original Broadcast
Mainstreet records was in Brockport, about 30 min. from Rochester and was a cool record shop to go to (like the House of Guitars) in NY. Marty Doodah was the name of the DJ or VJ who hosted After Hours. Janet Miriam interviewed Ozzy on WCMF before both the Afterhours and Auditorium Theatre gigs. Ozzy chants, "Suck my cock" during believer. A friend says that they knew someone there (that old story) and they filmed each song 3 times until they were happy!
