Well GTA

Steve's stock is so low that it doesn't matter what he says because if I were in a life boat with Steve and Alexis and we could only have 2 in the boat, and anything Steve has to say about Alexis is true, and even if she had cloven hoofs and a forked tail!

I would kick Steve out!!!!

I think those messages from Steve about terms and conditions and Alexis display just how low he will stoop, a person with integrity would not have sent the last two messages, a person with integrity would have accepted peoples comments. a person with integrity would not see fully paid up members out of pocket and believe me it cost very little to run a forum $5000. My arse!
How is it that he is the perpetual victim time after time???? It is never about him if you are to believe his missives of self pitying drivel.

Actually, I do not know Steve or his history, but I can certainly smell bullshit a mile away.

As for people who paid the yearly subscription and will not get refunded, they are indeed entitled to a refund - the terms & conditions state that features may be added or deleted without refund, but not that the site can disappear and you are screwed. Affected persons should immediately file a claim with Paypal, and if those people were smart and used a credit card to fund the transaction, they will also have the option to file claim with their credit card company if Paypal does not cooperate. The credit card company will definitely issue a refund, but only within 6 months of the transaction.

I have been involved in the subscription based web site business for 11+ years and know only too well how the system works.

Anyone due a refund that wishes to contact the person responsible should simply follow this link for the public whois data:

Ok...
So with the first post that I posted I made the mistake of letting my feelings get in the way. So I am recanting everything I said about the owner of the website and I'm sorry for offending you (The Owner). As for the charging of the website it was seen as a necessary way, to maintain the website and to make the Future Randy's of the World Charity that Kelly and the website wanted to start, happen. This decision was made by both the owner and Kelly. When the idea of the F.R.O.T.W. fell through then all money was directed to maintenance. Sorry for any confusion that this may have started and once again I am sorry to the owner of randyrhoads.us.

You know, this really isn't funny. Not in the least. The "owner" may have the balls to try & explain his behavior through all of this by hiding behind legalities & terms & conditions BUT the reality is, he hurt & took Kelly's trust. That's NOT funny folks! Kelly is a kind, warm-hearted, generous man, who tries very hard to give everyone a second & even third chance, he listens for hours to people who call him to talk about Randy, he picks up on people's causes & helps anyway he can. To hurt & try & destroy him is a crime in itself, so the person behind this can hide behind the "terms & conditions" BUT what he really did was he destroyed the trust & friendship of a very kind & gentle soul , Kelly Garni.

The reason why I made that statement is because the members and fans need to understand what is going on with the site, without the statements being clouded by judgement. I felt that it was not only necessary but also professional since I work for Kelly. I need to represent Kelly in the best way that I can in and out of the office and that includes this website.

I agree with Alexis, Steve DID help create a great web site, with alot of help from Kelly G. & Kelle Rhoads. It was ALOT of fun for both of them! They truely enjoyed the live chat the best, I think! There is no doubt Steve knows how to run & build a great web site! Kudo's to you Steve! Kelly considered you a friend & trusted you & thought enough of you to stand by his decision to associate himself with you. He believed in you & believed you wanted to participate in this new adventure! When everyone else said, no, Kelly said, yes! Don't forget that!

Its ok. No offense was taken. Kelly and I both realize that some form of payment should be made to those members that paid for a VIP membership. When this is all settled and taken care of we'll contact them and make a deal.

Steve you were always cool to me but this is a total bitch move to Kelly and to Randy fans. Back in the day Kelly probadly would've kicked your ass for such back handed shit as would Randy. It seems you have this pity party attitude that the world is out to get you and money seems to be your god. No wonder Peter Margolis thinks you're a piece of shit.
