Dimebag playing Randys Spotlight solo & more

Post by DMRX »

I cant believe I havent seen this on here yet???(I mean seperated as Dimebag playing RR)Doesnt anyone know/remeber what an influence Randy was on Dime???So I compiled the stuff for the randy fans who havent seen this.

In theese clips from 1984-1988 Dimebag Darrell

He plays parts of Revelation,Crazy Train,Suicide Souloution,& the RR Spotlight solo!!!
Which is pretty cool because @ that point in time he would have had to have learned the Spoylight solo from a bootleg!!!

Hi David

Thanks so much for these! I had heard the Revelation clip before but everything else was all new to me. That Dimebag tone is very pleasing to the ear :)

Cheers

I hadn't seen these before but I really enjoyed seeing them now. Thanks for putting these together, this demonstrates how influential Randy was and still is for up-coming guitarists. I imagine young dime fans seeing this who never heard Randy will have thier eyes opened to an exciting new experience.
