I have heard more Bob interviews the last couple years but not sure if I heard this one too.
Regarding "the change of the guard" theory: check out part 2 (at 6:55 and 8:02 ), he mentioned twice that Mrs Rhoads had a lawsuit against the O$bournes and the second time he says she appearantly came to an agreement with the O$bournes.
