I'm with Matt! WHAT!!! That is utter BULLSHIT! It's too bad that the whole deal with those first two albums turned the industry into a 2-bit sideshow. It seems almost EVERY musical litigation these days involves the replacement of the original musicians on whatever work they are featured. It's weak.

All of this musician litigation makes me want to remain a soloist. Yet, a killer band has more depth in tune delivery to an audience.

The keyboardist from Procol Harem fought to have his Hammond organ solo on Whiter Shade of Pale be included for future royalty checks.

Just write your own songs and play. record and publish them solo. Or, if your in a band hire an expensive entertainment lawyer. :roll:

I must admit it makes me enjoy being the Lone Ranger even more LOL...it is hard to fall out with yourself!
