Anyone Ever Been to Randy's Resting Place...?
I have......on March 25 of 2005 to be exact. I took the family to Los Angeles for a 2 week vacation. Did all of the touristy stuff. On the last day of the trip, I drove our rented car to San Bernadino and found Mt. View cemetery. It was approx. an hour plus drive from our hotel. All the way I listened to the Montreal King Biscuit. To pull up in front of Randy's tomb while in the middle of his guitar solo was absolutely surreal. I could not believe I was there......a memory which will stay with me forever.

In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive
They may find........
In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lies
Everything you think, do, or say
Is in the pill you took today
In the year 4545
Ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you
In the year 5555
Your arms are hanging limp at your sides
Your legs got nothing to do
Some machine, doing that for you
In the year 6565
Ain't gonna need no husband, won't need no wife
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too
From the bottom of a long glass tube
In the year 7510
If God's a comin' he ought to make it by then
Maybe he'll look around himself and say
``Guess it's time for the Judgement day''
In the year 8510
God's gonna shake his mighty head
He'll either say ``I'm pleased where man has been''
Or tear it down and start again
In the year 9595
I'm kinda wondering if man's gonna be alive
He's taken everything this old earth can give
And he ain't put back nothing...
Now it's been 10,000 years
Man has cried a billion tears
For what he never knew
Now man's reign is through
But through the eternal night
The twinkling of starlight
So very far away
Maybe it's only yesterday...
In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive
They may find.......

No I haven't.
But I did visit the final place where Randy was still alive: Flying Baron Estates ~ Leesburg.
I was on vacation at The Cape in Florida to watch a Shutlle Launch and like you on my last day there I drove to Leesburg to that airport.
They have a website now: http://www.entertainmentcoaches.com/theranch.html
You can see a pic there of the rebuild house where the plane crashed into.

Re: Randy Rhoads Resting Place
No I have never been to Mr. Rhoads "sunrise/sunset" resting place...-I'm sure it's quite emotional
going there and have seen pictures of the Cementary (in major Rock magazines) and the section area where Rhoads is buried at and it's quite "calming/tranquail" lovely place. God Bless & Peace.

The legendary Randy Rhoads is an electric "Crazy Train" Guitarist/Musician to the max!
I have not been either but Skezza comes from the same town where Ozzy and Randy put the band together in England. And I know he is hoping to put plenty of info and pictures on site about where Ozzy and Randy rehersed the band and lived back in late 1979 early 1980.

Cologne she'll wear silver and americard, She'll drive a beetle car and beat you down at cool Canasta. And when the clothes are strewn don't be afraid of the room touch the fullness of her breast feel the love of her caress she will be your living end.
Trigger...That would be very cool. I know those photos would be of great interest to everybody. I have photos that I took of Randy's resting place but have no scanner to post them...hopefully soon I will. I know that everyone here has seen millions of photos of Randy's tomb already......but I will say that it was unbelievable to actually be there. It is exactly as it appears in photos...very peaceful and quiet. I was honored and privileged to have been able to pay my respects to someone who is so heroic and special to me...it may never happen again but the memory will stay with me forever.
