The "?" mean that im not too sure about what goes there...could be:

Those two chords maybe, but not sure.

I left out the letters on the lines that are used for the tap so that it would be a little even.

For a while I just stared at the title "Demolition derby", and I couldn´t get it...blackout! Then I realised what song it is, funny that some songs you just forget if you haven´t heard them in a while...hah! Nice tune, that is!
