I'm sure this is from March 1992. They did three UK dates in '92 Manchester Apollo, Edinburgh Playhouse and London Brixton Academy and I'm sure this signing was the day of the Brixton gig.
I was at the Edinburgh gig and managed to get on the tour bus as the band left the venue, met the full band, even sat next to Ozzy on the bus while he signed loads of stuff, but I'd used all my film up during the concert so I've got no photos on the bus. What a bastard.
