johnny depp could pull it off not bale though , too serious , not keen on farrel either, how,s about jack black , he wants the part , he,s crazy enough and in his own words "he,s got the rock" ???

Of the bunch listed, Colin Farrell would be, at least physically, somewhat like Ozzy if he was made up a bit. In terms of acting, Robert Downey Jr. would be the best, followed by Johnny Depp from this list.
None of these guys really jump out as playing Ozzy to me, though. They should go with an unknown and support him with a strong ensemble cast - that would make more sense.
