I think that the photo for sale on e-bay is probably not the actual bat biting incident. Ozzy has said many times that the crowds would often throw dead animals as well as fake ones onto the stage, after the bat incident I bet loads of fake bats were thrown onstage, this could well be one of those.
I can't really tell from the photo if the bat looks fake or not.
