It might have been a recording and a tech guy just switched off all the sound from the amps, so the audience just hears a recording through the speakers and Zakk goes through the motions.
But I always say he's just that good.

I don't think so.
Zakk is skilled enough to pull it off

He did it with Zyris too

Zakk is amazing but i think hes losing the touch he once had when he was younger, have any of you been to his band Black Label Society concerts?
I uses so much distorsion now that it kinda ruins things hes kinda lost that magic sound i loved but I still love his new work and mazing guitarist no doubt about that.
heres a vid i found of him playing at his high school

I like the early Zakk much more than the Zakk we see today one good thing about him has been his loyalty to Ozzy. I am always surprised that he is still with him after all these years.

I cannot believe how much Zakk has changed over the years he looks like two different people.Back in 89 he was a good looking kid a typical looking rock guitarist. When you see him now he looks like a wild hilly billy type. The demon drink doesn't help but i cannot mock his ability to play he is some guy on the fretboard. His sound is so unique and recognisable to his name the minute you hear it.Awesome

that was amazing. I knew Zakk could play, but not like that. Near the end I was in awe.

Hey Cableguy,
Are you talking about the '89 Ozzy gig here?
That solospot is awesome! So I like to get that show from ebay when it shows up there, but if that solopart is the only good part I leave it.
