Ultimate Rhoads

i need some advice for this idea i've had...no bass yet and the crappy drum machine is just for keeping time...give me some ideas guys cuz im really stuck on it..

it is very much like Joe Satriani"s The Extremist; that isn't a criticism, but perhaps you could use that as a a template?

He uses the Spanish sounding em, f and g progression and goes to g to do a bluesy passage like you do. Your G section though chooses to be very bright sounding. Have you thought of throwing a spanner in the works and having a d minor section?

does the g section work though?also at the very end i threw in f#minor and e it didnt sound too bad..im gonna try dminor or dm7 with the g..i want to keep it short as its a bit repetitive..i really appreciate your insight matt!!!!!ill get back to you once im done.. GRACIAS HERMANO!!!!!!!!
