it's from the Bark At The Moon tour tape, released in 1984.
Should be pretty easy to find

That show is everywhere, most of the pro-shot stuff from this band was amazing . They also recorded in Rio in Jan 1985 and that was just as amazing as the Salt lake City 18th March 1984 stuff that you asked about in your first post.

yeah, but there's more close-ups of Jake in the Salt Lake city one
