The tex is a bit hard to read, sorry about that but when i get 5 mins i'll copy it up OK.

Yeah, that's from Kerrang magazine from 1987. I used to have that edition but sent it to Jeff at jakeelee.com. It reports Jake leaving Ozzy's band,there are no direct quotes from Jake (or Ozzy) apart from him confirming it during a radio interview.
