This is a recent oil painting of mine. i have only been painting for 6 months, but playing guitar for just under 20 years. Its all fun. wayne

That is sweet. i love the background color, the way it fits with the color of the guitar.

Abstract oil painting is becoming a popular form of art, especially for the beginners because the beginners in this case do not have to do any complicated drawing. Abstract art is such a subjective art style, due to the simple fact that even if a viewer does not know exactly the message the artist was trying to convey through the painting, the person can still form his/her own idea and feelings regarding the work of art. That is the true beauty of abstract oil paintings.
