Trade-ESP guitar for EVH 5150 amp

I am looking to trade a early 90s ESP George Lynch skulls and snakes guitar for a EVH 5150 III amp. The guitar is in good condition and has a esp strat style neck with dot inlays-Duncan distortion p.up and esp single coil-original floyd rose and original case. I would trade the guitar plus 300 cash for the right amp. Black or white color. I can send pics if interested.
